A text to start and then a phone call to agree arrangements; the latter is a requirement for Louise. Then a mixture of calls and texts on the day. All worked pretty and well and replies were prompt and informative.

A hotel in Paddington, close to the station, that was easily accessible without being noticed. Very nice room, that was a notch up from standard hotels.
