This is the worst part, be warned. And you might have read about it in other reviews here. You can only do it in case time is on your side and you might have time to waste. It really is. I tried for a while to book something in. One lucky day in summer it worked. I got her on the phone and we agreed to meet straight after our call. Perhaps that's the only thing that works. The SP rarely seems to work and then on random days without warning, so I'm assuming she's got a proper job and does this part-time.
