I commend you on reporting such a set-up. Could you spell out the approach for other punters to report such goings on anonymously in future? I think punters such as myself would be concerned if we did feel that there was something grim going on, by virtue of using the service, would feel we could bring ourselves into disrepute by voicing concerns.
