Contacted in the morning and arranged a half hour booking for that afternoon. Communication was prompt and efficient. Postcode provided. About an hour before I set out I fired off a request. Got to the post code and noticed my request message had not been read. Fired off message to say I was there. No reply received. Waited around 15 minutes and left.
